Absolutely! We want you to buy with confidence. If the seller never ships the book to you, we will refund the full price you paid, including shipping. If we have not received USPS tracking data or confirmation from the seller that it has been shipped within 10 days of purchase you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Please note that in many cases even when a seller marks an order as shipped, the USPS tracking system may not update immediately. In some cases, if the package is not scanned at a post office, the tracking number may not show the package as having been shipped even after it has been delivered. In these cases, please contact our support team at support@pangobooks.com to investigate the issue and provide a solution.
