After you place an order on Pango, you can send a cancelation request directly to the seller via your account. If you request to cancel an order it must be approved by the seller to ensure that they have not already shipped it, but in most cases, the seller will approve the cancelation without any problem. Doing so will initiate a full refund to your original form of payment.
If it has been more than seven days since you made your purchase, you can cancel the order automatically without the need for seller approval. This can be done directly from your “Purchases” menu on your account. In cases where you have submitted a cancelation request before the seven-day mark but have not heard anything from the seller, please reach out to the Pango support team for assistance via the chat on this page or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information. We will be happy to review the order and provide a refund.
If you made your purchase as a guest checkout, you are able to request cancelation by navigating to the order information page in your order confirmation email.
