You may request to cancel your order up until the time that it is shipped. If you request to cancel an order it must be approved by the seller to ensure that they have not already shipped it.

If it has been under 10 days since purchase, we recommend that you reach out to the seller first. You can do this by going to “Purchases” and selecting the seller under the order. Cancellations under 10 days after purchase need to be approved by the seller.

If it has been over 10 days since purchase, you can cancel the order directly from your “Purchases” menu on your account on our iOS or Android App, and your request will be automatically approved. Automatic cancellations are currently only available on the app, so if you’re not on the PangoBooks app with us, you’ll need to reach out to us to cancel your order.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to request a return or refund. You can do this when the book is marked as delivered by going to “Purchases” and selecting “Report an Issue.” Fill out the form, and someone from our team will review your request promptly.
