If you are a buyer on an order and would like to change your review for the seller, you can let our support team know and we are happy to help.

Our policy is to allow buyers to update a review if something material has changed since the initial review was left. If you are a seller and would like a review on your account changed, we recommend communicating with the buyer to ask if they are willing to do so.

In some extreme cases, PangoBooks reserves the right to remove or override a buyer’s review but will only do so if something specifically untrue or erroneous has been said.
