If you think you may have shipped two different buyers the wrong book, the first step is to communicate with both buyers by messaging them through the Pango app to confirm which books they have received. In some cases, we can provide shipping labels to arrange a trade between the two parties. In most cases, however, it is much simpler and preferable to provide refunds to both buyers, which our support team can facilitate.
