We currently do not have a built-in tool to put books/listings on hold for specific buyers, though that may be added in future updates. However, we recommend editing the title of the listing to say "RESERVED FOR X," "HELD FOR X," or another indicator that the book is on hold for a customer. While it will not stop others from buying that listing, it does signal that it is on hold for someone else.
