Check to ensure that you are on the newest version of the Android app.
To do so, you can go to the Google Play Store and see if you have an update available or to install the most current release.
Check to see if you have a VPN enabled.
Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) help to protect your privacy online but can sometimes interfere with the performance of different apps on your device. If you're unable to open the PangoBooks app, a VPN could be the culprit, and we recommend checking to see if you have one on your device and adjusting the settings or turning it off to see if that fixes the issue.
One example we have seen of this is the app DuckDuckGo, which has App Tracking Protection. Many users have been able to regain access to the PangoBooks app by disabling App Tracking Protection on DuckDuckGo specifically for the PangoBooks app by following these steps.
Check your network connection.
If you are using weaker cellular data, that might be causing the app to be unable to load. When possible, connect to a reliable WiFi network.
Check the available active memory on your device.
If you have a lot of other apps open, there may not be enough active memory (or RAM) available. You can try closing other active apps or follow these steps to see if all your active memory is being used.
Check available storage.
If your device's hard drive is near capacity, that might be causing an issue. You can check that through these steps.
