What happened to the Bucks Back program?

Bucks Back has ended. Learn what happened to your Bucks Back balance and how you're rewarded now when you shop with your earnings.

The Bucks Back program has ended and has been replaced by Pango Points, our new rewards program.

What happened to my Bucks Back?

Nothing you earned went away. Your Bucks Back balance is now Pango Credit. It's the same amount with the same expiration dates, and you can use it at checkout just like before.

How am I rewarded for shopping with my earnings now?

Instead of 2% back, you now earn 5 extra Pango Points for every $1 you pay with your Pango Earnings. That's on top of the 10 points per $1 everyone earns, so 15 points per $1 on that part of your order.

Quick guide to the new names

  • Pango Earnings is the money you make from selling books. It's yours, it never expires, and you can transfer it to your bank or PayPal anytime.

  • Pango Credit is what your Bucks Back and promotional PangoBucks became. You can spend it on PangoBooks, but it can't be cashed out.

  • Pango Points are what you earn when you buy books. Every 2,000 points turns into $5 of Pango Credit.
