To send a special offer to users who have your book in their cart, navigate to the account tab on the app and select “My Discounts and Offers.” From there, you can review which of your listings are eligible to send special offers.
To initiate a new offer, select the “Send Offer” button. On this screen, you will be prompted to enter your new offer price. Pango will provide suggestions, but you can enter whatever price you like!
Once you’ve chosen your offer price, select “Review Offer.” You will see your new earnings breakdown and how many buyers will receive the offer. Tap “Send Offer” to complete the process!
Offers are valid for 24 hours and the price is binding when purchased during this period. Your offer will be sent to every user who has the book in their cart.
How do offers on individual books affect my other shop offers and incentives?
If you have a shop-wide discount or free shipping offer enabled on your account, books purchased with a special price will still count towards the minimum price thresholds you have set. For example, if you have your shop set to offer free shipping for purchases over $20 and someone takes advantage of an offer you’ve sent to buy a book for $8, they can add $12 more worth of books to earn free shipping. These totals are based on the new price of the book and work the same way as any other purchase.
