How will I receive my updated shipping label?

When you request an updated shipping label due to a higher weight or a large order, you will receive a response within one business day. You will receive the new label in the same chat or email thread you reached out to us in. The label will also be available to you via the sale information page.

If you are having trouble opening a label through the support chat, we recommend trying to open it via the copy of the conversation sent to your email. If you are still encountering an issue opening the label, please let Support know!
