When a buyer buys multiple books from your shop, Pango will provide a shipping label that should cover the combined weight of all the books. If you are unable to fit all the books into one box, you can reach out to our team to provide a second label. You can contact us on this page via chat or by emailing support@pangobooks.com.
When contacting us, we encourage you to provide the weights of the new packages so we can provide new labels as quickly as possible.

Please note that every label we provide can only be used once. If you print a label twice and apply it to multiple packages, it will likely be rejected by USPS, or the buyer will have to pay an additional fee to pick up the package.
