When a buyer purchases multiple books from your shop on PangoBooks, you’ll receive a shipping label that covers the combined weight and should fit in one box.
If you find that you can’t fit all the books into one package, you may request a second label by contacting our support team. Provide the order number and new package weights when you reach out via the chat icon or email support@pangobooks.com so we can issue accurate labels quickly.
Please note that each label provided can only be used once. Using the same label on more than one box could result in rejection by USPS or additional fees for the buyer.
