If you request an updated shipping label because your package weight is higher than listed, here’s what happens:
You’ll typically receive the new label within one business day.
The updated label will be sent via the same chat or email thread where you made the request.
You can also access the new label on the Sale Details page for that order in your “My Sold Books” section.

If the label link doesn’t open in the chat, check your email copy of the conversation, sometimes the link works better there.
If you still can’t access the label, reply in the support chat or email support at support@pangobooks.com and mention the order number.
