If your order shows the status “Shipping Label Processing,” don’t worry. This means the label is queued and will usually be generated within 24 hours.
🔍 Why might the label not generate immediately?
Here are common reasons for the delay:
The address provided was incorrect or not formatted correctly, causing label generation to fail.
The order requires a customs form (for international shipments), which must be attached manually.
The label is for over 70lbs, and needs to be adjusted or split into multiple labels.
Our label-generation system is temporarily down for maintenance or processing.
