Yes, we’ve got your back. If the seller never ships your book, we will refund the full amount you paid, including shipping.

What you should know

  • Generally, sellers are asked to drop off books with USPS within 3 days of your order being placed.

  • If shipping hasn’t been confirmed within 7 days of your order, you’ll be eligible for an automatic cancellation and full refund.

  • You can request cancellation at any time before shipment from your order information page.

  • Packages can often see a 24-48 hour delay from when the seller confirms shipment to when the package is initially scanned by USPS. This is common when a package is dropped in a self-service bin.

What you can do

  • Wait up to 7 days for shipping confirmation.

  • If no tracking or update appears by then, you’ll see the option to cancel the order and automatically receive your refund.
