Absolutely! If the seller never ships the book to you, we will refund the full price you paid, including shipping.
Generally, we ask that our sellers drop books off with USPS within three days of an order being placed. If we have not been able to confirm shipping within seven days of an order being placed, you will be able to cancel your order and get a full refund automatically from your account. If you'd like to cancel before the seven-day mark, you can request that from the seller, and also feel free to contact our support team for additional assistance.
Please note that in some cases, even after a package has been dropped off, it may take a few business days for the USPS tracking number to update in their system. In other cases, if the package is not scanned at a post office, the tracking number may not show the package as having been shipped even after it has been delivered. If it is not clear if your package is in transit or not, please contact our support team at email@example.com to investigate the issue and provide a solution.
