When you sell your first book on Pango, we’ll need a return shipping address in order to generate your shipping label. You can add a return shipping address to your account by following these steps on the app:
Click on Account
Scroll down to the section labeled More and click on My Saved Addresses
Click on Return Address, enter your information, and click Save
Your return address should now be saved to your account, and your shipping label will generate shortly after entering and saving this address. You can return to this section of the app at any time if you need to edit your address. Please note, you can only access these steps via the PangoBooks app, not via our website.
