When someone purchases a book from you on PangoBooks, a prepaid shipping label is automatically generated. That label will include the buyer’s full shipping address.
Note that if this is your first sale, you may need to add a return shipping address to your account. You can find info on how to add that here.
📮 Where to drop off your package
The recommended method:
Take the package to a post office and scan it with a self-service kiosk or a postal worker to receive a receipt. This ensures tracking starts properly.
You also have other options:
Drop it into a self-service bin at the post office, or a blue USPS collection box (if it fits)
Once you have dropped off your order, mark the order as shipped in the app on the order information page under Purchases, so the buyer and our system can track the package!
