When someone buys a book or bundle of books from you on Pango, our app will automatically provide a shipping label you can use to send it out. This label will be sent to you via email and can be accessed from your account on our app or website. The label will include the shipping address. Simply tape the label to your package and you will be ready to ship.

We recommend taking your package directly to the Post Office and scanning it in via a self-service kiosk or with a postal worker whenever possible. You can also drop off your package in a self-service bin or USPS blue drop-off box. You can find more information on where to drop off your package here.

Once you have shipped your package, make sure that you mark it as shipped in the app!

Note, that if this is your first order, you may need to add a return shipping address to your account. You can find info on how to add that here.
