By default, when you sell a book on PangoBooks, the buyer pays for shipping. The shipping fee they pay is used to generate a prepaid USPS label that you’ll receive. Print the label, affix it to the package, and ship the book!
🧾 When Might I Pay for Shipping?
There are two things to know. First, if you set up a free shipping offer in your store, the shipping cost is deducted from your sale proceeds on qualifying orders. Setting up a free shipping offer is totally optional. To learn more about how to set up a free shipping offer, click here.
Second, orders going to Canada are always paid for by the buyer, even if you offer free shipping. Canada labels also can't be converted to QR codes, and neither can labels for military and diplomatic addresses or some Territories and Freely Associated States, since those require a customs form. You'll need a printer for those orders. You can turn off international shipping in Shop Settings if you'd rather not take them.
