If you have any questions about an order you've placed, you can message the seller directly by going to “Account” and then “My Purchases" on our website or app. Select the order in question and you’ll see an option to message the seller. You can also find a message button on that seller's shop page or other listings.
If you've sent the seller a question and have not heard back, please let us know and we're happy to help.
If you have not placed an order yet but have a question about a book, you can message the seller on any individual book listing via the small envelope icon next to their name. You can send a seller a message via their shop page as well.
