You can message the seller directly by going to “Account” and then “Purchases.” You’ll see all of your orders here, and for orders that haven’t been completed, you’ll see an option to message the seller. You can also find a message button on that seller's shop page or other listings.

If you have not heard anything from the seller, please let us know. We will make the necessary arrangements to either get you the book or an immediate refund.
