How do I contact the seller?

Yes, you can message the seller directly if you have a question about a book you're interested in or an order you've placed. Here’s how to reach them:

If you have an account and have placed an order

  1. Navigate to your account:

    • On the app: Go to the Me tab and select Purchases

    • On the web: Select Purchases in the drop-down menu

  2. Select the relevant order.

  3. Tap “Message the Seller” to open a chat with them.

If you checked out as a guest

  1. Open the order confirmation email you received.

  2. Click “View Order” to open the order details page.

  3. Tap “Message the Seller” to send your question.

If you haven’t placed an order yet but want to ask a seller about a listing

  • On any book listing or a seller's store, tap the small envelope icon next to the seller’s name to open a message thread.
