If you have any questions about an order you've placed, you can message the seller directly!
If you have an account:
Select "Account” and then “My Purchases" on our website or app.
Select the order in question and you’ll see an option to "Message the Seller."
You can also find a message button on the seller's shop page or other listings.
If you purchased as a guest:
Open the order confirmation email.
Click "View Order" to be taken to the order information page.
Select "Message the Seller."
If you have not placed an order yet but have a question about a book, you can message the seller on any individual book listing via the small envelope icon next to their name. You can send a seller a message via their shop page as well.
