How do I leave a rating or review for a seller?

Want to rate or review a seller on PangoBooks? Learn how, when you can leave feedback, and why you might not have the option yet.

You can leave a review for a seller on any completed order.

✅ Steps to leave a review

  • If you used your PangoBooks account:

    1. Tap Account in the app or click your profile icon on the website.

    2. Select Purchases under the “Shopping” heading.

    3. Choose the relevant order.

    4. Look for a blue bar labeled “Leave a review for the seller” and tap it.

    5. Select your star rating and write any comments you'd like.

  • If you received an email that your order was delivered:

    • Click the link in the email to go straight to the page where you can leave your review.

All reviews and seller replies must follow our Community Guidelines regarding respectful communication.

⚠️ Why might I not have the option to leave a review yet?

  • The review option becomes available only after the order is marked as “Delivered” in the system.

  • If the status still shows as “In-Transit” even though you’ve received the package, you may need to wait for the order to update, or contact Support for additional assistance.

If you would like to leave a review for the PangoBooks app itself, you can do so from our listing on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
