You can leave a review for a seller on any specific order through the “My Purchases” section of the PangoBooks app or website. If you received an email that your order was delivered, there will be a link in the email that will take you directly to a page to leave a review.
Please note that you can only review a seller after the order has been updated to the "delivered" status. If your order has been delivered but still shows as "in transit" on your account, please see this article for advice on how to proceed.
On the app follow these steps:
Click on “Account”
Click on “My Purchases” - should be under the heading “Shopping”
Select the purchase you wish to review
There should be a blue bar near the top of the page that says, “Leave a review for the seller”
Click the “Leave a review for the seller” button, and then you can select your star rating and enter comments
Or simply click this link to visit “My Purchases” on the Pango website where you can select the order and leave a review.
