If you are unable to ship orders for any period of time, you can temporarily place your listings on hold so they are not visible to buyers.
✅ Steps to Pause Your Listings
Go to the Account tab on the app or web.
Select Shop Settings.
Select Put My Listings On Hold to pause your shop.
When you are ready to resume selling, select Reactivate My Listings in the same location and your inventory will become visible again.
❓What Do Buyers See When My Store is Paused?
PangoBooks users will still be able to see your books on their Shelves or in their carts, but with a "Shop on Vacation" banner, making the book temporarily unable to purchase.
✏️ Can I See and Edit My Listings While Paused?
Yes. Your listings stay visible and editable to you while your shop is on hold. You can update prices, edit descriptions, and manage your inventory without reactivating your shop first.
Buyers still cannot see or purchase your books while your listings are on hold. That does not change.
Viewing and editing your paused listings is currently available on the web, with app support coming soon.
