There are several ways you can get in contact with us!

From our Help Center:

  • Click the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the screen to send a message to our Customer Service team.

From the app:

  • Click on the order for a book that you've bought or sold and scroll down to the "Message PangoBooks" option. You can also message us directly through our official PangoBooks account @pangobooks.

Finally, you can email us at support@pangobooks.com.

How to Contact Sellers:

If you have any questions about an order you've placed, you can message the seller directly.

If you have an account:

  1. Select "Account” and then “My Purchases" on our website or app.

  2. Select the order in question and you’ll see an option to "Message the Seller."

You can also find a message button on the seller's shop page or other listings.

If you purchased as a guest:

  1. Open the order confirmation email.

  2. Click "View Order" to be taken to the order information page.

  3. Select "Message the Seller."

If you have not placed an order yet but have a question about a book, you can message the seller on any individual book listing via the small envelope icon next to their name. You can send a seller a message via their shop page as well.
