The best way to get in touch is through our Help Center! Just click the chat bubble at the bottom right of this page or any page in the Help Center.

You can also reach us directly from the PangoBooks app:

  1. Open the Account tab and scroll down to Help and Information.

  2. Tap Message PangoBooks.

You can send us an email at support@pangobooks.com!

All contact methods land in the same Support inbox! Once you send your message, our Support Team will reply to you as soon as possible. Our turnaround time is approximately one business day, although we are often able to reply even earlier! Our reply will be sent via chat and email.
