From our Help Center:
Click the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the screen to send a message to our Customer Service team.
From the app:
Click on the order for a book that you've bought or sold and scroll down to the "Message PangoBooks" option. You can also message us directly through our official PangoBooks account @pangobooks.
Finally, you can email us at support@pangobooks.com.

How to Contact Sellers:
If you have any questions about an order you've placed, you can message the seller directly.
If you have an account:
Select "Account” and then “My Purchases" on our website or app.
Select the order in question and you’ll see an option to "Message the Seller."
You can also find a message button on the seller's shop page or other listings.
If you purchased as a guest:
Open the order confirmation email.
Click "View Order" to be taken to the order information page.
Select "Message the Seller."
If you have not placed an order yet but have a question about a book, you can message the seller on any individual book listing via the small envelope icon next to their name. You can send a seller a message via their shop page as well.
