Our app for iOS and Android is free to use. PangoBooks charges a 20% sales fee for books that sell on our platform with a minimum fee of $0.40. Shipping Questions
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is determined by the weight range of the book selected by the seller at the time of listing. All books ship via USPS Media Mail. Buyers pay the cost of shipping unless they have met the free shipping minimum in a seller's store, in which case the seller pays shipping.
PangoBooks shipping costs begin at $4.99. You can find more detailed information on our shipping costs by clicking here.
What happens if my order is lost?
PangoBooks has a lost shipment policy to protect both buyers and sellers. If the book has been lost in transit for over 30 days, reach out to us through the chat feature at the bottom right of this page or by email at support@pangobooks.com, and we’ll make sure that both the buyer and the seller are fully compensated.
Please note: USPS has notified us that Media Mail packages traveling to/from Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other locations outside of the US mainland can often travel by barge. Shipments are not scanned during sea travel, so there will be no tracking updates during this period, but the packages are still en route and not considered lost. USPS has let us know that this sea travel can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks. If you are concerned about a package headed to or from these locations, please reach out to us and we're happy to monitor the shipment and ensure it is delivered as expected!
