Great question! If you have a book or box set that weighs more than ten pounds, you can create the listing normally and enter an exact custom weight for your listing. If you have a scale handy, please check the weight of the book as part of your listing process. In many instances, we may already have weight data for a given ISBN in our system, in which case we will automatically add that info to your listing.

If a book is listed at an incorrect weight, you can change it anytime before sale. To edit your listing, navigate to the account tab in the app and click on "My Listings." Once you have clicked on the listing you wish to adjust, click "Edit." If the weight of a label needs to be adjusted after the sale has been completed, please reach out to PangoBooks support via the chat box at the bottom right of the screen or via email at support@pangobooks.com with the full weight of the package and we'll be happy to edit the shipping label at no additional cost to you or the buyer.
