What if I can't ship within 3 days?

What are your expectations of sellers when it comes to shipping? What if I can't send an order out immediately?

While we ask that our sellers ship books within three days of the order, we understand that may not always be possible. In these cases, our strong recommendation for sellers is to send the buyer a message to keep them posted on the order's status and provide an estimated shipping timeline. You can message a buyer by going to your account and viewing the order under “My Sold Books.”

Most buyers in our community will certainly be understanding. However, if a buyer would prefer to cancel the order, we recommend adhering to that request and canceling the order to issue a refund.

Please note that buyers may cancel an order any time after 7 days from purchase. If there is an extended delay on an order, we recommend checking the sale before shipment to ensure that it is active.
