When making purchases on the PangoBooks website, many buyers check out as guest users rather than creating accounts. Similarly, many people create accounts with the sole purpose of buying books, not selling, so they often do not complete their profiles, upload profile pictures, etc.

If you see that you have an order from a guest user, there's nothing you need to worry about as a seller. There is no reason to suspect there is anything off with these orders and as long as you ship the book or books, you will get paid.
