Sometimes a delivery is complete, but the tracking or status in your order doesn’t reflect the delivery. This can happen when parcels aren’t scanned properly by the carrier.
✅ What you can do
If you have received your book and your order still shows as “In Progress” or “In Transit,” you can mark it as delivered in your account. To do this:
Open your PangoBooks account and go to Purchases.
Select the relevant order.
Tap “Mark Delivered.”
This action helps the seller receive their funds sooner.
✉️ Alternative option
If you cannot find the “Mark Delivered” button or you checked out as a guest, you can also contact PangoBooks Support to update the order status for you. You may reply to your order confirmation email, use the chat bubble on the Help Center page, or email support@pangobooks.com.
🤝 For sellers
If you are a seller and the buyer says they received the book, but the order is not marked as delivered:
Message the buyer directly to confirm receipt.
The buyer can mark the order as delivered, or you can contact Support to update the order status so your earnings can be released.
