Yes, buyers and sellers can block other users from messaging them on the PangoBooks app. Blocking does not hide your profile or listings; it only stops that person from messaging you.
✖️ How to block a user
Open the message thread with the user you want to block.
Tap the three dots at the top right of the screen.
Select “Block user” from the options.
Confirm the action in the pop-up.
Once blocked, that user will no longer be able to send you messages.
✔️ How to unblock someone
To reverse the block:
Go back to the same message thread.
Tap the three dots at the top right.
Select “Unblock user”.
You can unblock someone at any time.
❗ What blocking doesn’t do
The blocked user can still see your account, listings, and shop.
Blocking only prevents them from messaging you.
