Yes, buyers and sellers can block other users from messaging them on the Pango app. To block another user, go into the message thread and click the three dots near the top right of the screen. A pop-up will then ask if you want to block the user. You can unblock someone at any time via the same location near the top right of the screen.

When someone is blocked, they will no longer be able to send messages to you. They will still be able to see your account.
