How do I report suspicious or unwanted behavior?

At PangoBooks, safety and respect are of the utmost importance to us and our community. If you experience unwanted contact, harassment, or a violation of our Community Guidelines, contact us via the chat button at the bottom right of this page or email support@pangobooks.com with relevant details and we will take action.

🧾 What You Should Include in Your Report

When reaching out to Support, it helps to include:

  • The user’s name or profile link

  • Message thread(s) or screenshots of the behavior

  • Order number if relevant

  • Brief summary of what happened and when

✅ Use the Flag and Block Features

  • Flag Messages: If you receive a message that’s inappropriate, you can flag it directly for review.

  • Block Users: You can prevent further messages from the person by blocking a user at any time.
