🎟️ What is a PangoBooks gift card?

A PangoBooks gift card is a digital card that allows you to load credit into someone’s PangoBooks account so they can choose their own books.

⏳ Does the gift card expire?

Yes. Gift cards expire 365 days after purchase.

🔓 How is the gift card redeemed?

Once purchased, the recipient receives a unique code via email within 48 hours. They enter this code at checkout after adding a shipping address, and it adds a credit to their account.

The gift credit applies to the full purchase, including book cost, tax, and shipping.
If the purchase exceeds the gift card value, the recipient may pay the remainder with a credit card or PangoBucks.

🛒 Where and how do I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase a gift card on the PangoBooks website here.
Before you check out, you may adjust the card’s value to any amount between $5 and $1,000.

Please note that gift card notifications cannot be scheduled for a later date. If you would like to purchase a gift card now to send to a loved one later, we recommend entering your own email as the recipient's email.

💳 Can I use promo codes or PangoBucks to buy a gift card?

No. Gift card purchases are not eligible to be purchased using PangoBucks, promo codes, or other discounts.

2️⃣ Can I purchase multiple Pango gift cards at once?

No, please submit separate transactions for each gift card purchase.

🌍 Can I send a gift card to someone outside the U.S.?

PangoBooks ships to the United States, its territories, and freely associated states, as well as military and diplomatic addresses. If you are outside the U.S., you may still purchase a gift card if the recipient is eligible.

✅ Who can purchase or receive a PangoBooks gift card?

Anyone may purchase a gift card. The recipient does not need to already have a PangoBooks account, but we recommend they create one to track their balance and make future purchases.

📧 I bought a gift card, but the recipient hasn't received it yet!

Gift card notifications will be sent within 48 hours. If it's been more than 48 hours, please email support@pangobooks.com.

➡️ Can I purchase a gift card for myself?

Sure! In addition to funds from sales, purchasing a gift card for yourself is a way to load your account. Please note that you cannot transfer Pango gift card funds out of your account.
