How do I use Promo codes?

Promo code troubleshooting. My promo code isn't working.

Promo codes are entered upon checkout and are available on both the app and web versions of PangoBooks.

How do I add a promo code to my order?

  • Add a book to your cart

  • Proceed to the checkout screen

  • Click on the dropdown called "Pay with PangoBucks"

  • Click "Add a promo code" and enter the code

  • This will add the value of the promo to your account!

  • Select the "Promo" option in the dropdown

My promo code isn't showing up at checkout or I'm being told the promo code is invalid!

  • Make sure you are logged in! If you have any ad blockers or VPNs in place, this may interfere with your account.

  • On the checkout page, enter your address first. This should prompt the "Pay With PangoBucks" field under "Payment"

  • Ensure that you have the minimum subtotal in your cart. Minimums apply to the subtotal before taxes and shipping are applied.

  • You do not need to enter the promo code on the checkout page! If it has been automatically applied to your account and you were notified via email, all you need to do is use the "Pay with PangoBucks" feature.

Important reminders:

  • Promo codes do not discount the price of your order - they add credit to your account

  • Each promo code has a different minimum requirement for usage. If your cart does not qualify for that promo code, a yellow message will pop up to let you know!

  • If you apply your code during one checkout but do not use it for that purchase, make sure to click "Promo" as your payment method at your next checkout so that the promo value is applied.
