If you would like to cancel a Pango order, you can submit a cancelation request via your account or via your confirmation email if you checked out as a guest.
How do I cancel my order?
If you checked out as a guest:
Locate your order confirmation email
Click "View my order"
Select "Request Cancelation"
If you checked out using your account:
Click on "My Account" on the app or web
Select "My Purchases"
Choose the purchase you wish to cancel
Select "Request Cancelation"
When can I request to cancel my order?
Cancelation requests can be made at any time.
For those requests made within 7 days of the purchase, the request is sent to the seller for approval.
It is up to the seller to approve or deny the cancelation request.
If the seller approves the request, we will refund your original form of payment.
If the seller denies the request, they can ship and complete the order as originally planned.
If you submit a cancelation request and the following two criteria are met, the order will be canceled automatically:
It has been at least 24 hours since the order was placed.
The seller has not yet viewed/accessed the order on their account.
For those requests made after 7 days from the purchase, the request is automatically approved, as long as shipment has not been confirmed.

Will I get a refund when my order is canceled?
Yes. A full refund is initiated at the time of the cancelation's approval. A refund is processed to your original method(s) of payment.
How long does it take to get my refund?
If you paid with a credit or debit card, funds are typically available in 3-10 business days.
If you paid with PangoBucks, funds are available in your account immediately after the cancelation's approval.
If you paid with Promo Bucks, funds are available in your account and will be active for 7 days immediately after the cancelation's approval.
Can I cancel an order that has been marked as shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. In these cases, we are committed to finding a good solution if there is an issue and encourage you to contact our team for assistance.
If you are not seeing any tracking updates on your order after it has been marked as shipped, please reach out to Pango Support, and we can reach out to USPS.
