Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request to cancel your order on PangoBooks. Learn how to submit a cancelation, when it’s automatically approved, and how refunds work.

Yes, you can request cancelation of your order at any time prior to shipment

📝 How to request cancelation

  • If you checked out as a guest:

    1. Open your order confirmation email

    2. Click “View my order”

    3. Select “Request to cancel”

  • If you used a PangoBooks account:

    1. Go to Account → Purchases

    2. Select the order you wish to cancel

    3. Click “Request to cancel”

⏰ When can I request to cancel my order?

You can request cancelation at any time before the seller confirms the order as shipped.

  • For requests made within 7 days of the purchase, the request is sent to the seller for approval.

    • It is up to the seller to approve or deny the cancelation request.

      • If the seller approves the request, we will refund your original form of payment.

      • If the seller denies the request, they can ship and complete the order as originally planned.

  • Requests made after 7 days from the purchase are automatically approved.

  • Cancelation requests are also automatically approved when it has been at least 24 hours since the purchase and the seller has not viewed the sale.

If a seller has not responded to your request and it is now more than 7 days from the purchase date, please reach out to Support via the chat option on the bottom right of this page, or via email support@pangobooks.com for assistance.

💵 Will I get a refund once my order is canceled?

Yes, once the cancellation is approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original method(s) of payment.

⏳How long does it take to get my money back?

  • If you paid with a credit or debit card, funds are typically available in 3-10 business days.

  • If you paid with PangoBucks, funds are available in your account immediately after the cancelation's approval.

  • If you paid with Promo Bucks, funds are available in your account and will be active for 7 days immediately after the cancelation's approval.

❓Can I cancel an order that has been marked as shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. In these cases, we are committed to finding a good solution if there is an issue and encourage you to contact our team for assistance.

If you are not seeing any tracking updates on your order after it has been marked as shipped, please reach out to Support, and we can reach out to USPS.
