Best practice is to drop off your package at the Post Office directly, scanning it into the USPS system via a self-service kiosk or with a postal worker, receiving a receipt. This ensures that the package is immediately scanned into the USPS system, reassuring the buyer that the package is on its way!

You can also drop your package off in a self-service bin at the Post Office without a scan.

If you are unable to get to the Post Office, you can also drop off your package at the nearest blue USPS collection box that the package will fit in. Many mail carriers will also take packages from your personal mailbox directly, and in other cases, you may need to schedule pickup (which may incur a fee). Please note that those packages picked up from mailboxes may see a delay in tracking, and we recommend letting the buyer know via messages.
