When your order ships, you will receive an email to let you know that your order has shipped and that contains your USPS tracking number.
You can also track your order in the Pango app or our website.
To access tracking information on our website, when logged into your account, click on the Account icon on the top right of the screen, then click on "My Purchases." Click on the order you wish to track, and then click "Track my Shipment." A new tab will open with detailed tracking information.
To access tracking information on the App, click on the Account icon in the bottom right of the screen. Scroll down to "My Purchases" under the Shopping header. Click on the order you wish to track, and then click "Track my Shipment." A new page will open with detailed tracking information.
If you made your purchase as a guest checkout, you follow your order's progress on the order information page sent in the order confirmation email.
Please note, that often there is a delay between when a seller drops a package at USPS and when the tracking will update. In some cases, if the package is not scanned at a post office, the tracking number may not show the package as having been shipped even after it has been delivered. In these cases, please contact our support team to investigate the issue and provide a solution.
