When the order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also see tracking on your "My Purchases" page in the app.
If tracking hasn't updated in a while or you don't see tracking for your order, you can always reach out to us for assistance. Please note that in many cases, even when a seller marks an order as shipped, the USPS tracking system may not update immediately. In some cases, if the package is not scanned at a post office, the tracking number may not show the package has having been shipped even after it has been delivered. In these cases, please contact our support team to investigate the issue and provide a solution.
