Once your book ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can also track your order through the order information page on the PangoBooks app or website.
If you purchased with a PangoBooks account
Log in to your account.
On the website: Click the Account icon in the top right, then select “Purchases”. On the app: Tap the Account icon at the bottom right, then tap “Purchases”.
Select the order you want to track.
Tap “Track my Order”. A new tab or page will open, showing detailed tracking information.
If you checked out as a guest
Open your order confirmation email and click “View My Order”. On that page, select “Track my Order”.
Keep in mind
There may be a delay between when the seller drops off the package and when USPS updates the tracking status—this is normal.
In some cases (especially with Media Mail or remote locations) the book may be delivered even though tracking updates stop or never appear. In these cases, please confirm the delivery from the order information page or reach out to Support to ensure the seller receives their earnings.

To access tracking information on our website, when logged into your account, click on the Account icon on the top right of the screen, then click on "My Purchases." Click on the order you wish to track, and then click "Track my Shipment." A new tab will open with detailed tracking information.
To access tracking information on the App, click on the Account icon in the bottom right of the screen. Scroll down to "My Purchases" under the Shopping header. Click on the order you wish to track, and then click "Track my Shipment." A new page will open with detailed tracking information.
If you made your purchase as a guest checkout, you follow your order's progress on the order information page sent in the order confirmation email.
Please note, that often there is a delay between when a seller drops a package at USPS and when the tracking will update. In some cases, if the package is not scanned at a post office, the tracking number may not show the package as having been shipped even after it has been delivered. In these cases, please contact our support team by clicking the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen or at support@pangobooks.com to investigate the issue and provide a solution.
