If the book you ordered on PangoBooks arrives in a condition that was not disclosed in the listing, you can submit an issue report for review. The option to do this is available for 72 hours after delivery.
✅ How to Report the Issue
If you have a PangoBooks account:
Go to Account → Purchases
Select the relevant order
Click “Report an issue” and describe the problem (e.g., damage, condition worse than stated)
If you checked out as a guest:
Open the order confirmation email and click “View My Order” then select “Report an issue”
Upload clear photos and provide relevant details about the condition issue to help our review team assess the claim.

Once your issue report is submitted, our support team will review the case. Our small team's turnaround time is generally 3-5 days, and we aim to resolve each issue report as soon as possible.
