If you’ve requested a refund on PangoBooks, whether because your order was cancelled or the item arrived in poor condition, here’s what you should know.
Will I get a refund when my order is canceled?
Yes. A full refund is initiated at the time of the cancelation's approval. A refund is processed to your original method(s) of payment.
Refund timing:
If you paid with a credit or debit card, funds typically appear within 3–10 business days.
If you paid with PangoBucks, the funds go back into your account immediately after the cancelation is approved.
If you used Promo Bucks, they’re reactivated in your account immediately, but will remain active for only 7 days.
To use your reinstated promo credit, select 'Pay with PangoBucks --> Promos' during checkout.

I would like to get a refund for a book that I received.
Refunds on PangoBooks orders can typically be requested in the following situations:
Damaged Product: If the book or item you received is damaged, report the issue promptly so it can be reviewed for a refund or credit.
Item Not as Described: If your received item does not match the listing description, you can submit an issue report to request a refund or a credit.
To submit an issue report:
If you have a PangoBooks account: Go to Account → My Purchases, select the order, and choose “There is an issue with my order” or “Request Return/Refund”.
If you checked out as a guest: Open your order confirmation email, click “View My Order”, then click “There is an issue with my order” or “Request Refund/Return”.
The option to report an issue for up to 72 hours after the book is delivered. Please ensure that you submit photos of the issue and share any other important information about the issue for the quickest resolution.
After submission, the PangoBooks support team will review the case, typically within 3–5 business days.
