How do I get a refund?

My order was canceled, and I need a refund. How long does it take do get my refund? My order arrived damaged and I need a refund.

Will I get a refund when my order is canceled?

Yes. A full refund is initiated at the time of the cancelation's approval. A refund is processed to your original method(s) of payment.

How long does it take to get my refund?

  • If you paid with a credit or debit card, funds are typically available in 3-10 business days.

  • If you paid with PangoBucks, funds are available in your account immediately after the cancelation's approval.

  • If you paid with Promo Bucks, funds are available in your account and will be active for 7 days immediately after the cancelation's approval.

I would like to get a refund for a book that I received.

  • To request a return or refund:

    • If you have an account:

      • On the Account screen

      • Select "My Purchases"

      • Select the order

      • Click "There is an issue with my order" or "Request Return/Refund"

    • If you checked out as a guest:

      • Open the order confirmation email

      • Select "View My Order"

      • Click "There is an issue with my order" or "Request Refund/Return"

  • The option to report an issue for up to 72 hours after the book is delivered.

  • Ensure that you submit photos of the issue and share any other important information about the issue.
