Yes. A full refund is initiated at the time of the cancelation's approval. A refund is processed to your original method(s) of payment.
How long does it take to get my refund?
If you paid with a credit or debit card, funds are typically available in 3-10 business days.
If you paid with PangoBucks, funds are available in your account immediately after the cancelation's approval.
If you paid with Promo Bucks, funds are available in your account and will be active for 7 days immediately after the cancelation's approval.
I would like to get a refund for a book that I received.
To request a return or refund:
If you have an account:
On the Account screen
Select "My Purchases"
Select the order
Click "There is an issue with my order" or "Request Return/Refund"
If you checked out as a guest:
Open the order confirmation email
Select "View My Order"
Click "There is an issue with my order" or "Request Refund/Return"
The option to report an issue for up to 72 hours after the book is delivered.
Ensure that you submit photos of the issue and share any other important information about the issue.
