What if I got a notification that my book was delivered but it actually wasn't?

Received a “Delivered” notification for your order on PangoBooks, but you haven’t received the book? Learn what to do when this occurs, such as checking around your home, waiting a few days, contacting USPS, or reaching out to PangoBooks for help.

Sometimes USPS will mark a package as delivered early. You may receive an email or status update saying your order arrived even though you haven’t received it yet.

✅ What you can do

  • Check around your home, porch, mailbox, or with any neighbors. Sometimes, the package gets left nearby or picked up by someone else.

  • Contact your local post office branch with the tracking number to see if they still have the package or additional information on the delivery.

  • Wait 2-3 additional business days to see if the book shows up—delivery scans may be premature, and the package can still arrive even after the tracking shows “Delivered”.

  • You can also submit an issue report to our team from the order information page for up to 72 hours after the book is marked as delivered. If you submit an issue report, keep your eye out for an email from our team asking you to confirm your shipping address. This then allows our Support team to investigate further.

If it hasn’t arrived after that waiting period and the option to submit an issue report is no longer available, please contact us at support@pangobooks.com or use the chat option in the Help Center with your order number and shipping address. We’ll help investigate the issue with you.
