Sometimes USPS will mark a package as delivered prior to its actual delivery. If you receive an email or notification that your order was delivered but didn't actually receive it, we recommend these steps:
Check around your home or with any neighbors to see if the package can be located.
Try contacting your local post office branch with the tracking number to see if they still have it or can provide any other information.
Wait a few more delivery days from your mail carrier to see if it shows up and was simply marked as delivered too early.
If you do not see the package in the next several business days, please let us know and we are happy to help from there. Very often it will show up even days after the tracking is marked as delivered.
