Sometimes USPS will mark a package as delivered prior to its actual delivery. If you receive an email or notification that your order was delivered but didn't actually receive it, please keep an eye out over the next few delivery days, and then reach out again if it doesn’t arrive and we’ll help you out. Additionally, we recommend checking around your home and asking family members or neighbors if they have seen it. You can also try contacting your local post office branch with your tracking number and they may be able to provide more information.
