PangoBooks orders are shipped with USPS Media Mail, which generally delivers within 2–10 business days across the contiguous United States.
Delivery time factors and exceptions
Shipping farther distances will naturally take longer.
For remote U.S. locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other territories, deliveries often travel by barge. During this sea transit, tracking updates may not appear, and delivery can take 4–8 weeks.
Absence of tracking updates does not necessarily mean the package is lost. If yours seems delayed, you’re welcome to reach out for assistance.
