If you sold a book or bundle of books on Pango and paid for shipping yourself as opposed to using our provided shipping label, you can easily update your order with a new tracking number from your account. Doing so will automatically add any shipping fee the buyer paid to your final earnings on the sale.

To update your tracking number follow these steps in the Pango app:

  • Navigate to your account menu.

  • Select "My Sold Books."

  • Scroll to where it says "Add my own tracking number."

If using our provided shipping label, you do not need to complete these steps as the tracking will be on the order already by default.

Please note, that this tool will currently only accept USPS tracking numbers. If shipping via UPS, FedEx, or another carrier, you can send the tracking to the buyer via a message. You can also let our team know so we can ensure that any relevant shipping fees are added to your payout.

If you offered free shipping to the buyer on this sale, the shipping fee deducted from your earnings will not be altered when entering a new tracking number. If you think there is an issue with estimated shipping costs, please contact our team to look into the specific order.
