Can I enter my own tracking number on a PangoBooks order?

Yes. If you ship a book using your own label (not PangoBooks’ provided label), learn how to enter your tracking number and update your payout details.

If you sold a book or bundle of books on Pango and paid for shipping yourself rather than using our provided shipping label, you can easily update your order with a new tracking number from your account. Doing so will automatically add any shipping fee the buyer paid to your final earnings on the sale.

✅ How to enter your tracking number

  1. Open the PangoBooks app and go to Account → Sold Books.

  2. Find the relevant order and tap “Add My Own Tracking Number.”

  3. Enter your valid USPS tracking number. The buyer-paid shipping amount will automatically be added to your final earnings.

⚠️ Important details to note

  • This tool currently accepts only USPS tracking numbers. If you use UPS, FedEx, or another carrier, you’ll need to message the buyer directly and notify Support so any shipping fees are correctly added to your payout.

  • If using the PangoBooks-provided shipping label, you do not need to complete these steps, as the tracking will be on the order already by default.
