Can I cancel my sale?

I am unable to ship my book. My book is unavailable and I need to cancel.

While sellers are expected to promptly ship out sales after they are made, we recognize that there may be circumstances when a sale is unable to be completed. If you are unable to ship, or no longer have the book that was sold, you can cancel your sale. Communication is key when it comes to cancelation - we ask that you include a message with your cancelation to let the buyer know why you are canceling.

To cancel a sale, navigate to the order page under "My Sold Books" in the account tab on the app. Navigate to the bottom of the page, and there is an option to cancel the sale.

While canceling a sale will not negatively impact your account, we recommend reviewing your listings periodically to ensure that you have all the books listed in your shop. If you are unable to ship for a period of time, we recommend placing your shop on hold. More information on how to place your shop on hold can be found here. If there is a pattern of canceled sales, PangoBooks may review your account.

Please note that canceling a sale and then re-listing the book for a higher price goes against our seller guidelines.
