Just detail the problem you have with the book, and whether you believe this issue occurred during shipping, and someone from our team will review the report shortly.

If an issue report is submitted by the buyer upon delivery, and our team determines that the condition of the book was misrepresented at the time of purchase, PangoBooks reserves the right to withhold earnings from misrepresented sales.
