I have an issue with the condition of my order. How do I get refunded?

My order arrived damaged. The seller didn't disclose an issue. Issue Reports. I would like to return my book.

If the book arrives in a condition that was not specified in the listing, you can go to “Account” and then “My Purchases,” and under that order there is an option to report an issue by selecting, “There is an issue with my order.” This button is available for 72 hours after delivery. Just detail the problem you have with the book, and whether you believe this issue occurred during shipping, and someone from our team will review the report shortly.

As a seller, PangoBooks asks that you take consideration when selecting the condition of a book. If an issue report is submitted by the buyer upon delivery, and our team determines that the condition of the book was misrepresented at the time of purchase, PangoBooks reserves the right to withhold earnings from misrepresented sales.
