If your book hasn’t arrived and you believe it’s lost in transit, here’s what you need to know:
If the shipment has been missing for over 30 days, contact us via the chat icon at the bottom right of this page or email support@pangobooks.com so that we can review the situation under our Lost Shipment Policy.
If the package is being shipped to or from a U.S. territory or remote location (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or diplomatic or military addresses), note that transit can take significantly longer because some shipments travel by barge and are not scanned at sea.
For Alaska shipments, expect delivery up to 1–2 weeks after leaving Washington.
For other remote locations, expect 4–8 weeks in some cases.

Double‐check that the status shows no recent tracking update and the package has been missing for 30 days.
Reach out with your order information (order number, tracking number if available) and destination so we can begin a review.
While we investigate, please keep an eye on any updates—sometimes packages show up late, especially for remote locations.
If it has not been 30 days, but you have concerns about your package, please reach out to our Support team, and we can monitor your package and reach out to USPS for additional assistance, when applicable.
