I can't log in to my account - what should I do?

I am having trouble logging in. My password isn't working. My account is blank.

First, make sure you're using the same log-in method that you signed up with - whether that's email, Google, or Apple.

If that doesn't work, you can click the "Forgot Password" link, which will send you a password reset link. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Finally, if you are still unable to access your account, reach out to PangoBooks support via the support box on this page or via email at support@pangobooks.com and we will be able to assist further.

If you have logged in but are seeing a blank account with none of your expected account information, you may have created a new account by using a different login method. Log out and log in using the same method that you originally created your account under. If you are still not seeing your information, please reach out to PangoBooks support.
