I can't log in to my account - what should I do?

I am having trouble logging in. My password isn't working.

First, make sure you're using the same log-in method that you signed up with - whether that's email, Google, or Apple.

If that doesn't work, you can click the "Forgot Password" link, which will send you a password reset link. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Finally, if you are still unable to access your account, reach out to PangoBooks support. Just let us know what email you'd like the password reset link sent to, and we'll manually send it through.
