If you need to update the shipping address on an order you've already placed, contact our support team as soon as possible. Address changes are time-sensitive — once the seller ships the book, we cannot update the address.
Before the book has shipped
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the address for you. Here's how to request a change:
Contact support via chat or email: support@pangobooks.com
Include your order number, the correct shipping address, and your name
Our team will update the label and notify the seller if the change is possible
Important: Sellers have 3 business days to ship an order. If the seller ships before we process your request, we may not be able to update the address in time.
After the book has already shipped
Once a label has been printed and scanned by USPS, we are unable to change the delivery address through PangoBooks. Your options at that point are:
USPS Package Intercept: If the package is still in transit, you may be able to redirect it through USPS Package Intercept (a fee applies). You'll need the tracking number from your order.
Pick up at the old address: If you still have access to the previous address, the package may be retrievable there.
Contact us: Let us know what happened and we'll do our best to help, though outcomes depend on USPS.
How to avoid address issues
Before completing your next purchase, double-check your saved shipping address in your PangoBooks profile under Account Settings → Shipping Address. Keeping it current prevents delays and missed deliveries.
