Sometimes, USPS takes longer to update tracking for Media Mail labels than traditional for traditional labels--that does not mean this order is not in transit! If it appears that your order is experiencing a shipping delay, you can reach out to PangoBooks support and we'll put in an inquiry with USPS.

Other than that, we recommend keeping in touch with the seller and keeping an eye on the tracking info--in the event that there are no updates for 30 days or more, we have a lost shipment policy where we will provide full compensation for both the buyer and the seller.

If you receive a book but the tracking still hasn't been updated, let us know and we can manually set the order to delivered in our system.
